屈體划船 或屈體側舉阿
做ㄧ做手都會越來越低,做不到全程
即使在怎麼用力也拉不上去
除非用甩的
應該不是重量太重
因為我做完感覺沒有很酸
像握推這類動作感覺好多了,可以全程做完
做完感覺很充實
是不是要用金字塔這種作法比較適合阿
