請問高蛋白粉這樣吃會太多嗎? - 健身

我身高173體重55
有在做重訓~兩個禮拜後
現在體重增加到57.5
我每次做完重訓就馬上喝200cc的高蛋白粉(costco買的那種)+牛奶350cc
然後每天睡前在喝100cc蛋白粉+牛奶200cc
之前聽說高蛋白容易傷腎要做重訓才要喝
所以想問這樣會不會吃太多高蛋白啊??
