工作1個月後肚子越來越大 - 減肥

體脂率:23.4% (變化是24.9% → 24.1% → 24.3% → 23.4%)
內臟脂肪:7 一個月前還是6的 今天量變成7了...天啊@@
7/15~7/30這段時間我剛退伍,看了那時給新手步驟的減肥置底文
便開始嘗試。當時的照片:http://ppt.cc/3cIx
後來做了1個禮拜,幾乎每天游泳+飲食吃自助餐,感覺肚子有變比較小。
但8月就開始到台北租屋上班,每天都坐辦公室
肚子又變大了Q_Q

肚子變得這麼大 我自己實在很受不了....
自從上班後,三餐內容是
早餐:漢堡加蛋+紅茶
午餐:排骨便當 or 大碗乾麵+餛飩湯 or 滷肉飯便當
(中午如果跟公司一起叫便當,裡面飯太少,吃不飽還會出去買個水煎包)
晚餐:大碗乾麵+餛飩湯 or 大碗餛飩麵 or 炒飯+燙青菜
另外,每天一定1杯咖啡...這個是我的命...不然工作會沒精神QQ
如果真的要改,可以先減到 『每3天喝2杯』
日常作息時間:
早上8:00起床 → 9:30~18:30上班 → 19:00到家後去慢跑 30min → 20:30吃晚餐
→ 24:00睡覺
在台北"內湖運動中心" 報名了有氧運動課程,每個禮拜一次1hr,共8次。
下禮拜才開始。
各位板友:
我的體脂好像沒什麼變化
但是因為上班的關係(科技業工程師),一直坐著
肚子越變越大,現在已經大到我自己受不了
有種吃東西是罪惡的感覺....
但是我食量還是不小
在台北如果吃小碗的麵,一定會吃不飽
都要叫大碗的麵
因為在工作,需要工作時有精神
所以中午不管吃什麼都會讓自己吃飽。下午則會買一杯咖啡。
晚上回家除了慢跑 也沒做其他運動
我很喜歡游泳,但是台北內湖的游泳池都一大堆人,太擠了
只好做省錢的慢跑。
但最近一直下雨,也沒辦法慢跑,看著肚子一天比一天大,好苦惱啊.............
請問各位有經驗的板友,
不知道我的生活型態跟飲食
哪一項是讓我變胖的主要原因?
我可以先從那一項改進。
ps.因為租屋的關係,沒辦法自己開做飯,頂多吃自助餐。
