如果白天工作下班回到家五點多了..雖有點疲累了
但沒工作時都會固定傍晚去走操場一個小時以上
如果下班後回來雖體力有點差了但還持續再去運動
對身體會負荷得了嗎?也會瘦的下來嗎?
