工作後太累如何打起精神運動 - 健身

各位好,我想請問個問題,我是近日開始重回運動行列。
不過由於開始工作了,雖然工作量一般還好,不過有時候工作完真的很累,像是...一種深入骨髓般的勞累感。
這時候我就沒有力氣去運動了,如果勉強自己在這種狀態下運動我想我沒辦法,不過有嘗試過先睡一覺,結果通常是晚上11點才醒過來…影響了作息時間。
所以想請問各位,對於我的這種情況,有沒有什麼方法可以改進呢?(我知道運動可以加強體力,但是我真的不想在精神已經很差的情況下再運動了...)
