工作與運動之間 - 健身

小妹現在的工作是老師
在這份工作前都有去健身中心有氧、重訓和參加舞蹈課程的運動習慣
但當了老師後
現在每天幾乎都課很多
上課也全部都站著
所以所有運動都停擺了
因為腳實在太酸了
身體也比較疲勞
想請問還是想要有運動習慣要選擇哪些運動比較適合呢
