農曆年前就開始隨隊練球的左從凱,教練許晉哲給他出了一道難題,要他在一個月內瘦7
公斤,只要達成目標,3月比賽就能登場,一個月過去,小左只瘦了1公斤,但體脂肪率卻
不減反升,讓他很受傷。
「我真的不懂,每天只吃一餐,又不吃飯,為什麼只減了1公斤?」小左沒好氣地表示,教
練要他減重,目的是希望能減輕腳的負擔。小左坦言,除每天按時練球、用餐減量外,他
還吃減脂劑,並且身穿長袖、長褲去健身房慢跑,「我的穿著每次都引來側目,大家看我
包得密不通風,臉上猛飆汗,都覺得我很奇怪,就算這樣,還是沒啥功效。

我原以為 運動員都有專業的團隊 在幫他們調整身體狀況
但是看了這篇 實在是......
就算沒有專業團隊 但是運動員本身的減重觀念也讓人很不敢恭維
照他這種減重法 長期下來 肯定會對身體造成負擔
運動員最重要的就是健康的身體吧 希望有人可以點醒他...
