大家好~
我已經爬過文了,但還是有點問題想問請問一下~
我平常食量滿大的,所以都靠運動(有氧+重訓)維持身材
但最近超級熱的,所以持續力也不像之前那樣,而且覺得好容易累
請問我這樣在運動前是該補充左旋肉鹼呢還是CLA呢?
哪種會比較好呢?還是說可以同時呢?
