最近天氣開始熱起來,衣服也越穿越少,這時候就是顯現身材的時候了XD
所以板上最近都充滿著"減肥"標題的文章
話說,先前不知道聽誰說,什麼五月、六月不減肥,七月、八月徒傷悲
所以大家才這麼急著想趕快在夏天的時候,減去身上的肥油吧XD
但在每一篇"減肥"標題的文章,最後不外乎要板娘出來救援
不誇張,幾乎快要每一篇都是這樣,但大家是否也想過
板娘也是人,她不是專職幫人規劃運動、飲食的健身教練
每一篇都要板娘出來救援,板娘還沒救援完自己就先累垮了啊....
所以每篇"減肥"文章的標題,第一行一定都寫著,
是否已看過置底?
每個人不外乎都寫"是"
(不寫是的話早就被刪文刪光光,或是被板眾強力的鞭策XD)
但我的想法是,既然都已經看過置底,那應該多多少少也知道自己的問題出在哪裡吧?
大部分的文章,幾乎飲食都有問題,如果有看過置底,並試著去執行的話
我想,發文的人應該就會少很多了吧?
但是大部分的人,都寫著,我"看過"置底,但是我還沒依照置底去試著執行
就把菜單、運動po上板要大家提供建議
我覺得,以後第一行應該改成
"我是否已經看過置底並試著去執行"
這樣發問的人一定會少很多XD
其實綜合大家發文的結果來看,如果運動沒問題的話,多出在飲食、作息方面
1.作息不正常
如果可以調整自己作息的話,當然是盡量調成早睡早起的狀態啊~
如果因為工作時間不行的話,那只好盡量維持一定的作息
先前看到某篇研究說,如果固定作息的話,身體會去適應,
真的沒辦法調整作息的話,也請只好盡量維持固定的作息比較好
但不正常的作息並非長久之計
2.飲食
又可分為澱粉不夠(這個最多= =+)、吃太少熱量不夠、或是營養不均衡
澱粉不夠的人,請盡量吃到一定的澱粉量好嗎,不然板眾每次都要鞭一次也很累啊~~
熱量夠的人,請記得注重營養均衡
吃太少熱量不夠的人,請把你自己的熱量吃夠再來po文....
其實板娘在回文的時候,都會有開建議的菜單,
發問的人不妨先找有沒有跟自己相似的身高、體重、體脂肪,
板娘所回的菜單,然後根據自己的自身情況做調整,
不然板娘也不過是不斷的重複先前的菜單啊....
我都有把板娘的建議菜單複製到word上,
而且板娘還精心區分330卡以下、450卡以下的菜單等,
相信如果有認真的先找過文章的話,發問的人的問題應該會解決不少~~
3.持續時間
所謂羅馬不是一天造成的,所以肥胖也不是一天造成的,
要減體脂肪也不是一兩天就能達成的,請持續一段時間後(是指調整自己的菜單+運動)
再來問說為什麼卡關等問題,一兩個禮拜體重沒減輕就覺得卡關的人....
恩...那我卡的比你久多了(煙~~)
好啦,這只是我近來看板所得的結果,覺得有些發問的人,
都不先去執行看看有沒有效果,就直接發文問板眾,總覺得是伸手牌....
既然都看過置底文了,先自我調整一下菜單應該不會很困難才對啊~
這樣板眾也可以少鞭一些人XD
不過我這裡有個疑問(我已經看過置底並已遵照置底文執行一段時間)
板娘說4-6個禮拜後,要依據自身的成效來調整菜單,應該要怎麼調整啊?
幾乎板娘每篇文最後都會加上這一句,但我看了不少篇文章,都沒有說到要怎麼調整啊QQ
(好吧,我看的還是不夠多>"<)
是指要調整澱粉量,還是整體熱量(包含蛋白質、蔬菜水果)一起調整?
這個問題其實一直想問,但一直忘了問XD
可否請有經驗的板眾回答一下~~
