三餐內容
早餐:一杯低糖豆漿
兩片全麥吐司夾生菜、煎蛋、低脂起士
水果(芭樂、蕃茄、奇異果、蘋果、葡萄柚大約這幾種替換)
午餐:學校營養午餐
飯(不超過一碗)、兩菜一肉+湯(一、三有水果)
晚餐:蒸地瓜一條
芭樂半顆(或小蘋果一顆)
生菜沙拉(拌日式和風醬或芝麻醬)
日常作息時間:盡量在12點之前睡,偶爾會晚一點,大約6點左右起床
生活型態:工作是很常被人本抨擊的那種行業,上課時間站著,空堂坐著改改作業
打打講義什麼的,活動量應該不算大
減肥方式:早上如果天氣好會早點起床出去騎腳踏車至少30分鐘
晚上一個禮拜至少5天跳鄭多燕或者Kitty~
問題陳述:1. 請問這樣的飲食OK嗎?(基代是1380)
2. 晚餐部份可以再多加一顆水煮蛋嗎?怕蛋吃太多~"~
3. 最近想開始慢跑,但有點擔心體重太重,對膝蓋負擔太大?大約再瘦幾
公斤再開始比較合適?

其實是從11/21開始減肥的,當時的體重是78KG
實施了約20天瘦了3公斤是好的開始,但依我的哈比人身高這樣的體重還是很驚人= =
以前也嘗試過很多亂七八糟的減肥方式,但都不能持久
希望這次真的可以成功……成功的話再來po心得XD
