席地而坐要如何站起來 - 健身

標題下的有點怪
要站起來還不簡單嗎
因為我住的地方是木地板
很多時候我都是席地而坐
用個小桌子打電腦,吃東西,寫字
但是有時候要站起來時會覺得膝蓋的壓力好大
我想說從坐在地板上到站起來,應該有正確的姿勢
就像做瑜珈或地板運動時
從躺著到坐姿是側身坐起,而不是直接坐起來
想說版上高手如雲,來這裡請教一下
