問題是如此的
因為有氧運動的要求是心跳130跟時間30分鐘
因為我跑步到後半段
膝蓋跟腳踝都會不舒服......
休息一個月過後似乎還是如此......
而且我膝蓋最近天氣很冷的時竟然會些微刺痛.....
所以如果可透過戴口罩
因為氧氣不足,使得心跳加快
來達到心跳130的基本需求
應該是可行的吧?
因為我想試著跑步放慢速度來保護膝蓋,
不過心跳沒達到也是白跑,
所以這方法可行嗎?
