常穿高跟鞋的腿部鍛鍊運動 - 健身

現在的工作常需要穿跟鞋。
鞋子就一般OL款
像這樣 http://goo.gl/autNvK
因當初有提高預算挑比較好穿且不會磨腳的, 所以還算適應
雖不須久站
且每天走動通勤下班後都還覺得正常
但久聞長輩說長期穿高跟鞋會造成某些肌肉群無力
是否有經驗的版友能建議一些腿部運動可以鍛鍊
