從我有意識以來 沒看過我爸有運動過..
沒有跑步 沒有爬山 .. 可以想到的運動 就是走路吧~
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1.我想從飲食方面下手 但是我爸很注重吃 注重的意思是指很愛吃
就是一頓飯一定要吃很多才會飽 現在就面臨的問題是如何減少他對熱量的攝取
然後他又會有飽足感?
2.有沒有什麼運動是可以讓許久沒運動的人可以先拿來操作的?
因為我爸也沒有什麼慢跑的習慣 說真的 因為他根本沒在運動
所以並不會因為他肥胖而發現在心肺機能不足的問題
怕突然做太激烈的運動 身體會承受不了..
3.如果我爸真的有瘦下來 我真的會很感謝大家 因為隨著爸爸年齡的增長
也希望他越來越健康 每次看到他的大肚子 真的很為他擔心 希望版友如有身邊
有長者瘦下來的經驗 能不吝分享給我 謝謝!!
