抱歉,這是一篇閒聊的心情文
因為版上多數的人,都和我一樣有著共同目標(運動、瘦身、減肥、健康...等等)
大家都很努力朝著目標前進,成功的版友案例也總是很激勵人心
我一直覺得"運動瘦身"就跟參加國考一樣
是一條孤獨、寂寞而又沒把握會順利走到終點的漫漫長路
沒有人可以幫忙,一點一滴的小小成果,都必須靠自己去努力累積
有些時候真的覺得好辛苦啊~
為什麼過去要放縱自己吃到這麼胖!再來後悔莫及 (泣)
================== 換個有關運動的話題吧 ==================
(1) 戒掉飲料、糖果餅乾零食,三餐內容不太忌口(沒有暴食、沒有仙女餐)
運動(有氧為主)兩個半月左右,體重減少約4公斤,體脂率約降1~2%
自訂目標達成時間大慨是一年,要繼續努力緩慢而健康的前進
希望明年這個時候,我也能上來PO篇成功文
(2) 我實在是很害羞到康是美免費測量體脂肪
加上家裡老舊的體重機是指針式,指針轉啊轉的一點都不準確
於是狠下心買了體脂機,Excel清楚記錄下數據
看著體重、體脂以"零點幾"的速度慢慢往下降,著實讓人好開心呀
懷裡抱著我的體脂機,心中一股感動油然而生
有數據才有真相! 我的減肥大業全靠你(體脂機)幫我記錄了
(3) 我原本是個非常討厭喝水的人,整天光喝飲料
慢慢戒掉飲料,培養起運動習慣後
我發現不知不覺中習慣了喝水,身體也會告訴我對於水的渴望
(飲料好甜越喝越渴)(睡醒後想喝水)(運動時想喝水)(有事沒事想喝水)
現在有運動的日子一天約喝3000cc的水,沒運動休息日也會喝到2000cc
唯一的缺點就是家裡的大水壺每天都要燒水,不然就會不夠我喝
運動無止盡,跟大家一起繼續加油~
