平日一天健身房一小時 增肌減脂能同時嗎? - 健身

板上各位前輩大家好!
持續一個多月上健身房之後有可見的效果覺得欣慰
但想增加效率
身體數值:
男性
180/69/24y 體脂肪18~20 上班族
看起來身形單薄想讓視覺上變壯一點
而雖然不胖可是肚子有一圈肥肉
練了之後覺得肌肉有變強
.....但外表毫無反應
比較有成果大概是胸膛變厚一點然後手臂微微有線條這樣
平日每天下班會去運動一小時
目前是排一三五重訓 二四游泳
重訓的話是各種器材輪流 主要練上半身
啞鈴的話就看隔壁做什麼跟著做="=
重量選極限大概10下(8磅)
最後跳兩組TABATA
游泳的話是不間斷一小時
大部分是蛙式
用捷式和仰式調整和路人距離
這樣的運動方式如果想同時減脂+增肌的話可行嗎?
還是一次先一個目標就好
btw 今天剛拿到BSN(比想像中好喝很多 根本飲料哈哈)
一天一份就夠了是嗎?
目前午餐正常吃盡量少澱粉 低脂牛奶/豆漿當水喝
晚餐可能是生魚片/煎魚/雞胸牛排不加油自己煎
可是下班時間很晚 常常得運動完才能吃晚餐(不然運動中心就關了)
這樣會不好嗎?
