年紀越大,體脂是不是會越高 - 健身

因為最近媽媽買了一台體脂計回家,結果量了以後.......
他發現他的體脂肪居然高達44%,等於身體裡有一半都是脂肪了.....
雖然我媽本來就不輕(現在約158/77.5)但是從以前以來,很詭異的就是,
他明明吃得東西很少,卻還是很容易胖。
先說一下媽媽的生活習慣,因為已經是五十五歲的中年人,所以生活頗規律,
每天晚上十點前入睡,早上五點半起床,六點下樓種花種草、曬衣餵雞,
七點半出門上班,上班都是待在辦公室冷氣房裡,所以水也喝不多,
每天約喝一千cc左右。
早餐幾乎都是吃麥片泡奶粉,午餐在辦公室吃麵,有時會自己做沙拉帶去,
晚餐就是清茶(用茶葉泡)泡白飯,有時配一顆荷包蛋,但大多是配水燙青菜加醬油,
就算炒菜,我家用油也很少,是用厚紙巾沾油抹在鍋底,晚餐也不會吃外食,
此外他不喝飲料或者咖啡,只喝自己泡的茶不加糖,但就是這樣居然也可以讓她一年
胖十公斤,而且還是在有運動(游泳)的狀況下......
於是他的體重在去年來到了77.5kg,但是因為近幾年媽媽的高血壓問題越來越嚴重,
已經到了要長期吃藥控制的程度,所以醫生也不太建議做太激烈的運動,
他只能早上去附近國小操場散散步,走走路,可是體重體脂肪仍是逐步攀升,
這讓我真的覺得很奇怪,我媽的生活明明是很健康的,不菸不酒,吃得又清淡,
但是體脂肪為何降不下來,就算是缺乏運動,體脂肪也不該高到44%啊,
而且不是體脂計的問題,因為在醫院量也是這樣。
難道,體脂肪真的會隨年齡逐步攀升?
又,對於高血壓患者,不適宜激烈運動者,有何方法可以降低體脂肪?
(我想我媽應該不適合再少吃了,他吃得夠少了....)
