24歲 女生
之前也有去康是美測量
江江江~數值是
身高 158
體重 48.2
BMI 19.3
體脂 21
基代 1170
康是美的妹妹說我基代太低
要我多運動
可是..可是 我一個禮拜大概會運動3~5次
每次都慢跑+快走1個小時左右
為什麼基代還是這麼低阿 我的體脂也不算高(吧?)
我一直以為我基代還OK
量了才知道~ 原來我每天都默默吃爆表了耶
請問大家
這樣的話要怎麼再提高基代呢?
再提高運動量???
(其實我只是想要能吃多點東西XDDD
我很不耐餓 T.T)
