昨天看了蓋伊的影片,才知道肌肥大的主要原因是延遲性肌肉痠痛
影片講的超詳細,也大概了解力學張力、肌肉損傷、代謝壓力的意思
只是有幾個疑問
1.平常重訓,基本上一定能達成力學張力、代謝壓力?
2.出現延遲性肌肉痠痛的肌群,隔天還是休息比較好?(比如說前一天練背,今天背很酸,原本排深蹲,那就改成純練腿?)

我每次都在蔬菜店的跑步機上聳肩和甩手,隔壁的都以為我有病,其實是在讓自己不酸一點
有去按摩過,不過小弟荷包君很薄,一個月頂多只能去一次...
