引體向上入門請教 - 健身

以前練背一個禮拜練一次,組數次數都不高,只做划船跟坐姿下拉的動作,效果很差,背部感受度低
所以想從頭開始練背,引體向上剛接觸一個禮拜而已,無補助最多只能拉一下

白色微痠,黑色感受度很好

有注意的點:
a.肩胛向後向下壓,影片看不太出來,但我自己覺得有壓也會痠
b.二頭不會有漲漲緊繃的感覺,應該是沒借力
c.有照鏡子,從側面看上半身偏斜,下半身微微靠前,影片視角看不出來
有發現的問題點:
1.拉上去時手肘要很靠近身體嗎?影片我感覺手肘很難靠近身體,不知道是什麼問題
2.引體向上如果常常練的話(一個禮拜4~5次且動作正確)大概要練多久才不用補助?
