因為在差不多二個月後要體測拉單槓
要超過三下
目前體重約88公斤身高180公分
連一下都拉不上去
最多用力也只是手有點彎曲
請問一下
要如何練習才可以達到進步空間
另一項是很多人都說用肚子的力量
但是自己只是用力的往內縮
這樣如何有技巧的往上拉
請有經驗的可以說明嗎??
