引體的進步速度很難跟臥推一樣? - 健身

小弟我有一個疑問
常常看到有一些例子
有人在跑了適合自己的健力課表後
臥推的重量在3~6個月之間
就能有20~30kg的提升
但跟臥推同樣是上肢肌力指標動作引體向上
卻似乎很難在短時間內
有同樣突飛猛進的進步
小弟之前跑板上推薦的引體向上課表
過了5周 引體向上也才進步一下
之後再跑似乎就卡關了
是因為引體向上沒有跑適合的課表嗎?
還是引體向上本來就很難有如此神速的進步?
請巨巨們賜教
