強化腰椎 - 健身

各位健身巨巨晚上好
之前有為了減脂練一陣子
後來為了準備考試停練
結果因為長期久坐加駝背
讓我腰椎不斷跑掉
導致我每隔幾天就需要去給喬骨師矯正
除了腰椎移位導致腰痛
同時也會壓迫到髖骨的神經
下半身也會抽痛 像蛀牙長在下半身
晚上會痛到睡不著
(不知道有沒有人懂我意思XD)
想請問如果我要改善這個腰椎的情況
除了要恢復訓練胸背 矯正駝背
還有什麼動作是適合訓練的嗎?
希望有過來人可以分享下
不然看沒有健保的醫生都好貴QQ
