一般來說 想要增加最大肌力大概一組都做個3-5下 肌肥大8-12下
我現在有個問題是:
假設同一個重量在臥推
我向心3秒離心5秒只能做5下
但向心1秒離心2秒能做12下
那這樣同一個重量能夠又當最大肌力 又當肌肥大來練嗎?
有什麼文獻有研究這個問題嗎?
