強度 越想越不對勁 - 健身

降成12rm之後 練重量訓練的時間就縮短了
今天又更短一點大概50分鐘左右 所以就越想越不對勁 不知道到底強度是不是太低
課表大概是這樣
引體向上想要12下1組做6組
可是我很爛 沒組幾乎都是前6下比較順然後就會掉下來後面就降速
器械划船 想要每組12下 6組
但是我很爛 基本上都會在第8下張麗梅維持住 就是會完全放下去 之後再繼續四下
如果像這樣強度到底會不會太低啊
