最近發現彰化市東民街開了一間賣健身餐的
主打低油 低鹽 低熱量

我點的是水煮雞胸
跟之前吃過的健身餐味道上沒有太大的差異
東西都是用蒸的或是水煮的
飯也是用糙米加紫米 非常健康
老闆娘每天也有做一種有口味的餐點
如果不想吃水煮的也可以試試看有口味的
店裡還有提供無糖的紅茶
