我在柔道版上有發過一篇,但是因為這裡懂生物力學或運動科學的人好像比較多,所以也

想問看看有沒有什麼訓練可以增加脊椎的靈活度跟穩定度?
我的長期目標是可以施展出影片裡面那樣的動作
另外想問一下,這算不算是硬舉訓練到的後側動力鏈的直接應用?
會問這個是上次有人問我為什麼一定要練硬舉,我回答不出來
本來想回答像是搬機車、把東西提起來之類的動作類似硬舉
但是後來想想,如果一個人只練蹲好像還是可以完成上述的動作...
