小弟的偶像可能跟大家有一些差別
最近剛好練胸練到有點無聊
平時都是拿長槓在臥推,差別在與平躺跟上下躺而已
剛好朋友分享影片給我看
影片中01:21中,及01:51部分差別應該只在於上半身角度(椅子幅度)的差別吧?
但姿勢應該都是一樣,由於友人一直強調姿勢也不一樣
(剛人單純覺得是視角問題而已)

另外一個小問題,大家偏向於使用長槓臥推還是啞鈴
以前巨巨學長是說交叉訓練,啞鈴的優點在於自由度高且可以微調姿勢來修飾
不知巨巨們有無其他看法?
