我想問的是....
1、乳清蛋白是不是支鏈氨基酸裡面其中的一種?
2、肌酸好像也分很多種,主要哪幾種比較受歡迎呢?
3、麩氨酸感覺都沒在影養品上看到!不知是我眼殘還是比較冷門?
