體重: 91.8kg (七個月前97.1kg)
BMI : 31.4
體脂率:28.4 (七個月前31.2)
三餐內容
早餐:(以下擇一)
a.全家御飯糰x2(160calx2)+低脂鮮乳
b.早餐店35元飯糰x1
c.燕麥+筍肉包x2+低糖高纖豆漿
午餐:(以下擇一)
a.三鮮燴飯 or 肉絲炒飯
b.火雞肉飯(內用15元那種)x2 +筍湯+青菜
c.素食(六菜)
晚餐:(以下擇一)
a.三鮮燴飯 or 肉絲炒飯
b.火雞肉飯(內用15元那種)x2 +筍湯+青菜
c.什錦冬粉
其他:一週大概會吃兩頓大餐(ex:丹丹、NEW HOUSE。。。。)
重訓完後喝低脂鮮乳
每日水果X1
日常作息時間:
晚上12點睡覺 早上8點起床
生活型態:
一般大學生
運動習慣:
一週重訓40min 四天 (一週五天隔週三天(要考試))
一週有氧X-BIKE 40min 7~10次 速率顯示(25-32KM/H)
我的問題:
一樣是六個月、七個月減肥
為什麼有人107KG-->67KG
有人 95KG-->70KG
而我 97.1KG-->91.8KG (體脂比: 31.2% -> 28.4%)
請問各位前輩哪裡需要修正
