待批 第一次運動減肥 - 健身

減肥原因:
看板有二個月左右,也修正了一些錯誤的觀念
感謝板上很多厲害的人熱心的人讓我長知識,
很喜歡看了一堆努力減肥文,大家的努力有激勵到我!
也讓我想要面對自已二年多的過重問題。
我看不下去我體形的時間約在2年前,
那時我的通勤工具是單車,通了二年多,因為體重很重,
長期騎單車股四頭肌發達得令人想哭,又胖又粗的腿><
現在不常騎後就還好了,但其它困擾仍存在,像是
因為過重讓我股二頭肌部份長期外凸(不軟也不硬是肥肉?)
大腿內側及肚子肥肉橫行,希望這次的發文能讓自己
認真且健康的把這肥肉脂肪減下來~也順便完成我的期未作業!
目標:未來三個月內想減4公斤。
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:
身高:160公分
體重:59公斤
BMI:23.05
基礎代謝率:1366卡
體脂率:29(印象)。
三餐內容(排在前面為常常常吃)
早餐:
1.火腿蛋餅+熱狗+豆漿(薏仁漿)
2.鮪魚吐司不加蛋+豆漿
3.陽春麵+10元青菜+海帶一份。
Ps:九月以前我的早餐都是3號餐,現在不太碰了。早餐有時偷懶沒吃。
午餐:
1.陽春麵+10元青菜+海帶一份
2.乾薏麵+貢丸湯+海帶一份
3.牛肉丸湯飯(有高麗菜)(份量如牛肉麵碗大)
4.大腸麵線*2(小碗)
5.豬排便當
晚餐:
1.百元臭臭鍋
2.榨菜肉絲麵+海帶+素雞
3.炸醬麵+貢丸湯
4.咖啡豬排飯
宵夜:豆花或薏仁湯或東門滷味(已盡量不吃,改在下午吃)
其他:下午四點左右會餓,所以會吃買午餐時順便買的蔥油餅、蔥抓餅
、大腸麵線或是豆花、薏仁湯等…也會穿插水果香蕉芭樂…,不一定。
日常作息時間:早上八點半起床、晚上十二半左右睡覺
生活型態:上班族+學生
運動習慣:
1.慢跑(熱身+收操20min,跑40分,1小時)每周三次,
心跳數約130左右,之前跑公園學校外圍前後超過1小時,現11月跑國中操場。
2.這個不太算運動,每周2天共2次上課會騎踏腳車(來回共半小時)
或下課走路回家約40分鐘。
3.如果腳不舒服或下毛毛雨會以快走取代。

9月有十個圈
10月也有十個圈
11月到今天已經有十個了,希望11月正常運動,老天別再下雨。
我的問題:
1. 我食量很大,九月之前午餐都吃雙份(便當+麵線之類的)
,現在食量有稍微控制一點點,照那個基代我一定吃超過很多!!!
,我該如何吃飽滿足也能控制飲食?菜單會不健康嗎?
2. 最近很喜歡跑步,但下雨就沒辦法再跑,
請問除了健身房外,還有可以慢跑又不會淋雨的地方嗎?
有人會在雨中戴帽子跑操場嗎?
3. 關於重訓,我買錯啞鈴重量,它小小的,
2隻各只有2磅,但還是會拿起來玩一下,
做一些1,腿後肌群、小腿及手臂二三頭肌(做心安的)
睡前會做仰臥起坐,我現階段可以先用小啞鈴嗎?
還是要再買大一點的?
