三餐內容(搬家後不方便自己弄)
早餐:外食
饅頭蛋+無糖豆漿(早餐店的大概350CC?)
燻雞/鮪魚蛋吐司/漢堡+黑咖啡
午餐:外食
自助餐一碗飯+三份炒青菜+去皮雞腿
或其他非炸類主菜(囧 點完才知道非炸即煎)
或是跟早餐一樣
午點會吃一份水果
晚餐:外食
乾麵+燙青菜
自助餐一碗飯+三份炒青菜+非炸類主菜
饅頭蛋/御飯糰+豆漿店無糖豆漿
晚餐吃饅頭蛋/御飯糰的話,無糖豆漿會在運動完喝
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
我都八點起來後灌了450CC開水後半個小時吃早餐
十二點多吃午餐
晚上五點吃晚餐
六點半運動(跳舞算是熱身因為不會喘,會在八點跑步半個小時到五十分)
九點才吃晚點
十一點至一點前睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
一個禮拜運動三天到五天
有氧是跑步或是健身車30-50min心跳有130~140(但機器顯示160)
12月重訓很少做兩個禮拜做1次
但發現LBM一直下降所以這一個禮拜做了兩次重訓
問題時間:
12月吃了四次大餐...
但是lbm還是下降
所以是我的營養太不均衡?可是我一直感覺我吃太多...
但是體脂不降反升也就是說我的有氧做的不夠?
是時間不夠長? 還是強度不夠?
該如何提升有氧的效率呢?因為我覺得有氧都沒有減到半滴脂肪耶
但我沒辦法一天挑兩個時段運動 所以我一次運動要拉長到一個小時以上比較有效麻?
實在對板娘很愧疚 本來的計畫是我在一月可以減到54.X可是我的體脂又增加了
是不是體脂吃一吃就回來了 是不是運動太沒效率了?
現在只能外食所以更得慎選 還是吃進太多油了嘛?
我只要一餐不小心吃太多熱量 還是會下意識地減少下一餐的攝取量 這樣是不是錯的?
