小弟是用手機發文沒格式......抱歉

小弟
身高:173
體重:73
目前早餐就
熱狗兩條,肉片一片 小冰奶
中餐 隨便吃
晚餐 小麵包 低脂肪牛奶
每星期會有一到兩天慢跑5000
但通常是跑2/3走1/3圈
請問這樣有用嗎?
另一個重點.....
小弟是在雞排店打工.....
一個禮拜會嘴饞吃一塊= =
真恨自己 哈
想問有何需要加強的嗎 感謝
