三餐內容
早餐:肉包或是土司夾肉鬆+一杯無糖豆漿
午餐:麵或米粉或冬粉或吐司(2片)+青菜一碗+肉絲(4湯匙)或是貢丸(2粒)<--水煮
晚餐:大致上跟中午差不多
其他:中晚餐一定會吃到水果
日常作息時間:大致上一天睡6~7小時(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
最近慢跑用計時可以慢跑25分
以操場跑道第四圈
我大致上可以跑到6~7圈
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
其實運動是上禮拜才開始
我從十月初體重大約在89~90之間左右
之後10/12開始看了醫院的營養門診
根據營養師的每天的飲食控制
基本上就是去掉油
所以主食 青菜 魚蛋肉類 水果
都是基本上有吃的
但是關於運動
上禮拜開始
我看到版上
大致上都可以跑到一小時以上
我現在跑道25分鐘左右大致上
衣服都會全濕
也會喘
比起之前只能跑十分鐘
體力有更好一些
因為胖的人跑步又會對膝蓋很傷
但是我現在不知道自己可以跑多久?
目標慢跑30分鐘
關於飲食
由於我都是去去賣場買菜或是肉絲貢丸
然後電磁爐水煮
加上麵或是冬粉
至於外食
就會避免油炸類
希望能瘦到70
可是標準體重好像是60
