2.上完瑜伽課衝去嗯嗯了,開心的跟瑜伽女老師說,
女老師回:很好啊!
會員旁邊說一句:你一定是剛吃很多東西吼
運動前後都不能吃東西的,這樣才好減啊
翻白眼......
3.我問會員A晚上回家吃什麼東西啊
他回:晚上絶不能吃東西,要快點睡啊!!!
我回:你剛下班不是沒吃晚餐,也不打算吃嗎?!
他回:對呀,這樣才會瘦啊.....
翻白眼......
還順便回我:像你不是都說自己吃很多,吃超過基代嗎?
這就是你瘦不下來的原因啦.............
4.我跟少女會員說:我要去練重訓了!
少女和一群婆媽馬上回我:幹嘛練重訓,你練了之後會更難瘦耶!!!!!
你要先減體重再去練重訓啊!!!!!!
處在一個沒什麼人可以討論的環境下,有時侯,很累的............
