還是沒辦法愛上跑步 - 健身

我原本是靠著快走跟飲食控制 10個月左右大約瘦了8公斤
大概就81公斤到73公斤 我身高177 男生
體脂現在不知道 只有半年前去醫院時順便量過 22% 還有很大空間
其實體重卡在73附近很久了 所以我就想飲食不變之下 應該是要加強運動強度
所以就嚐試把原本50分鐘快走 改成慢慢增加慢跑比例
比如先從跑20分走30分 到最後最大極限是跑40分走10分
跑了大概快3個禮拜 體重有降到大約72 當然是覺得很高興
但是跑40分要持續下去真的很難 過程太痛苦漫長 即使聽喜歡的音樂也沒用
(其實要跑20 30分也很不容易了 對我來說啦)
到最後心裡只要想到又要跑步了 就很不想去運動
所以後來妥協了 又改成只快走XDD
到現在已經試過兩次跑步了 每次大概都持續3~4個禮拜而已 後來還是都無法持續下去
感覺已經變成一個固定的循環了 簡單來說就像:
卡在73公斤--->想更瘦--->跑步瘦到72--->但太痛苦放棄--->改回快走回到73--->
一段時間後又想瘦--->再跑步又瘦到72--->又覺得痛苦再放棄--->又回到快走--->?
所以看板上很多可以一次跑個超過1小時的人 我都超佩服的
算了 我還是不要太勉強自己好了 想跑多久就多久 10分20分也好 哈哈
重點就是不要讓自己對運動厭惡 要持續下去

題外話 曾經在跑得很痛苦時跟朋友抱怨過運動好累 好不想運動
朋友就問我"你這麼辛苦是為了什麼?" 我說"就希望外表好看阿!"
結果朋友就說"瘦了也不一定會好看阿"
"比如潘若迪,身材好但你會把他歸類到帥哥嗎?" (潘老師粉絲別罵我)
我 "至少人家身材很好啊"
朋友 "我看你就算瘦了,甚至有肌肉了,你還是得去整型才能變帥哥!"
我 "........" (心想:雖然是實話,但有必要這麼直接嗎?) XDD
