很基礎的問題 - 健身

小弟原先身形偏上半身瘦 下半身比較有肉而且還很結實
(甚至腿會被認為有在練足球的程度)
所以最初上健身房最大的目的就是想要平衡整體比例
(把上半身練壯 這樣整體看起來比較不會奇怪)
自己練了幾年 是有比以前好很多了
可是好還想要更好
除了想要看起來更強壯的手臂之外
也羨慕有些巨巨胸腹的境界很明顯的那種
就我的理解 要變大是不是基礎概念是也需要大量攝取卡路里?
整體變大之後(包含體脂) 才開始進行飲食控制(低糖高蛋白)
像我現在就已經在過低糖高蛋白的生活 是不是離目標更遠?
