固定都有在散步運動
今天心情不是很好
讀完書之後飯吃了比較多
現在又有點想吃冰箱裡的甜筒
雖然知道今天應該已經吃超過熱量了
但是還是很想吃 而且本來就不該吃的 好像擺幾天都沒法吃
請問是不是應該好好的把他吃下去
然後明天多運動比較好呢?
