小弟很瘦(170,50公斤不到)
但是肚臍下方凸凸的一圈
坐著時更難看 =_=
平常每天做90下仰臥起坐
半年下來沒什麼動靜
最近想開始每天去跑步一小時
只是有個疑問
如果我想同時瘦小腹 胖其他地方
我應該是飯後跑步還是跑完再吃?
