如題
我有個學妹很瘦,超瘦的紙片人那種
他有在跟我練跑
說想要變強,想要有粗壯的小腿
然後今天問我說
有沒有什麼高蛋白的牌子推薦,好像很有用
但因為我個人是喜歡吃肉,比較貪嘴的人
又曾經被安麗高蛋白粉嚇到
(買了一小桶超貴,還難吃到沒吃完)
就不推薦他去花大錢當盤子
覺得除非要練到巨巨,不然不太需要攝取那麼多蛋白質
不過我對吃甚麼沒有那麼多要求
這個領域比較不清楚
所以想請問各位大大
一個超瘦的人想長肌肉
適合吃蛋白粉嗎?
還是叫他多吃一些正常的食物就好了呢
