我非常喜歡跑步、爬山、騎腳踏車
也很在乎身體的線條和肌肉的形狀
有跑過健身房半年
但還是喜歡戶外的空氣和風景XD
現在有在做的肌肉訓練:
深蹲(一次蹲200下)、健腹輪
我主要問題是:大腿內側不符比例的怪
兩坨肉突出很明顯
那兩坨肉真的讓我很在意
總是要穿長版的上衣來做修飾
有沒有什麼特別的訓練能讓那兩坨肉變小甚至消失呢?

最近有感覺愈練愈粗壯的趨勢......
