各位前輩好,
小弟滿36歲,172cm,74kg
學生時期亂打沙包肩膀韌帶鬆了,車禍脊椎有小裂痕,所以一直沒有做重量
僅有用TRX跟bodyweight的一些復健動作來維持身體肌肉的平衡。
在板上看了許多前輩的文章&照片,很羨慕大家的大肩膀&方胸,開始想加強訓練,
透過力竭的強度,依舊用bodyweight的方式,旋轉push up、TRX跟單槓來練。
想請教各位,依照小弟的體型,用體重來練夠嗎?還是需要添購啞鈴&槓鈴設備呢?
