新手組數請益 - 健身

小弟健身不滿一年,一直以來都是走肌肥大訓練,每次做8~12下,看當天狀況做調整。
這幾天想朝力量訓練發展跑菜單八週,但因知道自己能力不足,怕做5x5效益太低。
今天的練法為(都機械式):先熱身,然後往上調重,可以做15下,就兩邊各加10公斤。
然後做到12下就停,再各加5公斤,一直到自已只能六下,做個三組就換下個動作。
請問這樣的方法有錯嗎?今天第一次這樣練,感覺運動量有到,但又怕方向錯誤,所以請
益各位巨巨!
