從70到58!! - 減肥

減肥真的是一件辛苦的事。
2010三月,是我人生的高峰。身高161的我,體重卻將近70公斤(實際為69.8)。因為生
活過的很充實,平常也有運動的習慣,生活中有許多好的朋友,其實生活中並沒有因為體
重而產生太大的問題,買衣服也穿L就夠了,所以一直都不是很在意體重的問題。
2010/03/13是我永遠都忘不了的一天。
那天早上,和班上同學一起坐車要去高雄實習,途中客運經過了台中。有一位男同學說:
「台中天氣好!好吃的又多,物價又便宜…」接著他說:「台中正妹也多!」我是台中人
,也就理所當然地附和他,覺得台中真是一個貴寶地啊!然後,他又說:「而妳呢,就是
台中人的老鼠屎,就是最胖的那一個,不覺得很得意嗎?身為一顆屎,妳不覺得很得意嗎
?」然後就哈哈大笑。當下,我真是受到極大的打擊。
我跟這位男同學在班上只是打哈哈的那種同學。這位男同學講話一向都是這樣,十分傷人
,當然我也聽過他說別的女生胖,所以不是會跟他深交的朋友。雖然同學們都叫我不要太
在意,可是這件事確實對我造成了很大的傷害。
我就這樣哭了兩天。
2010/03/15我開始減肥了。說實在,減肥真的很辛苦。
剛開始減肥的時候,我採取很激進的方式(真的勸大家千萬不要這樣子!要循序漸進!)
早餐我都喝一杯統一無糖高纖豆漿(160卡左右)或是代餐包(熱量大約100卡左右)
午餐,正常飲食,吃ㄧ個便當或是自助餐,這樣子到了晚上才不會餓。
晚餐,還是流質!喝湯或者是代餐包。
在減肥的期間,我戒掉了所有愛的東西。麵包、義大利麵、PIZZA、飲料、炸物…通通都
不吃了。是真的完全不吃,晚上六點我就吃晚餐,然後到睡前,除了喝水以外就什麼也不
吃了。我真的持續這樣子的生活四個多月,我每天都量體重、每天辛苦的計算卡路里…最重要的
一點,是每天都要脫光光,站在鏡子前面觀察自己的身體!除了了解自己身體的變化,也
要鼓勵自己,相信自己真的很美!有的時候隔天要考試,熬夜唸書到三點,肚子已經咕咕
叫了,還是拚命地忍住,說實在,真的很難過。減肥期間,也有數度難過到自己在房間哭

2010/08/09
我的體重已經從70降到了56。於是我停止減肥了。
2010/12
經過了四個多月完全正常的飲食(也包含了大吃大喝、朋友聚會等等情形,我再也不缺席
了。)體重又回到了60公斤。雖然不甚滿意,但是應該沒有胖到很誇張,整個人看起來是
正常的體型,所以也沒有特別在意。可是我又想到,如果四個月可以胖四公斤,那一年後
,我還是會變回70啊!
2011年初
我只能說,減肥真的不能只靠飲食控制!於是我開始運動,過年期間,我沒有大吃大喝,
每天在家裡看電視都會一邊踏步,反而還瘦了一點。過年以後,我開始實踐運動計畫!每
天都要跑步五公里,真的是風雨無阻喔,如此持續了兩個多月,我又回到了57公斤!當然
,重量訓練也是不可少的!因為,重量訓練會增加肌肉,肌肉變多的話基礎代謝率會上升
,基代上升的話才能達到控制體重的目的。除了配合運動以外,我的飲食方法也改變了,
不像以前那樣子。
早餐,因為早餐吃太飽我中午會吃不下,所以我依然喝豆漿、燕麥片、代餐包的濃湯、十
穀精力湯(每天替換才不會膩喔!)
午餐,正常飲食。(如果真的怕胖就吃SUBWAY火腿堡,但是不能加任何醬料!)讓自己健
康營養的吃飽才是對的!
晚餐,吃滷味的冬粉、青菜、香菇等等。也可以自己在家裡水煮食物吃,有的時候也可以
多吃ㄧ些水果。
現在,我的體重是58公斤。
因為我的骨架比一般女生還要大,57公斤的時候,我的骨盆、鎖骨還有肋骨都算蠻明顯了
原本的目標是55公斤,但是現在這樣子的身材其實我已經很滿意了
要跟大家分享的是
1 減肥真的是一件很長遠的事
千萬不要利用短期節食來達成目標,這樣對身體真的很不好
2 減肥期間,自己打一份菜單跟運動紀錄單,每天記錄自己做了什麼運動
然後最好可以找到減肥的夥伴,一起運動的話效果會比較好。
運動真的要持續,一週最少要運動4天~
3 減肥期間會有想放棄的時候,千萬要撐住!
我會在手機桌布打上備忘錄,告訴自己千萬要持續
