從79到60公斤,半年減重心得分享 - 健身

第一次在批踢踢PO文,好害羞XD
小時候是個小小胖子,常常被同學冷嘲熱諷,從國中開始非常積極想要減肥,無奈
於網路資訊繁雜,難以辨別真偽,加上台灣的健身觀念非常落後,嘗試過各種減肥偏方
,不斷傷害自己的身體,卻從來沒有達到自己想理的體態。長大後慢慢有了自主學習以
及判斷是非的能力,台灣的健身風氣以及觀念也日漸繁盛,我不斷地學習,到現在終於
覺得自己對健身有點了解。
我希望每個人都能建立良好的健身觀念,如果無法投入大量時間學習的話,請直接
花錢諮詢專業營養師以及教練,不要捨不得花錢買別人的專業知識,這些都是他們投入
了大量時間以及金錢習得的專業。有專業人士帶領,可以避免許多潛在的危險,還能夠
事半功倍,早日達到自己理想的體態。我沒有任何相關的專業背景或證照,所以如果各
位提問的話,我僅能稍微給予建議,但還是希望各位另請高明,尊重專業囉。希望不要
再有更多人用錯誤的觀念傷害身體了。

其實標題還省略了一些,我是從66公斤故意非常努力狂吃到79公斤
,再減到60公斤,其實一開始只是想測試過重免役會不會很難,打算明年要畢業
時再來狂吃一次,後來因為參加健美比賽,經過半年的減重覺得真是太辛苦了毅然放棄免
役XD 既然都完整記錄下來了,希望這個減重計畫能夠鼓勵更多努力減肥的朋友們,也幫
各位驗證"You are what you eat."這句話,我的訓練量一直都非常大,只是很努力一直
吃而已就胖成這樣了。廢話不多說,我們就從79kg開始看照片吧!

基本上我早上重訓晚上有氧,因為早上十點要到實驗室,重訓+有氧會練不完。
這個階段採用很簡單的少糖少油少量多餐飲食模式,每一餐都差不多長這個樣子。

雞胸肉在水源市場買的,一斤90元($15/100g),隨便買點青菜,營養品只有乳清
(NZMP無調味)和萊翠美綜合維他命($2.7/顆),平均一整天飲食+營養品只花
100~150元。我每天晚上會先煮好隔天一整天的食物冷藏,到了隔天晚餐其實
也不太新鮮了,但沒時間準備不足以作為藉口。
因為是減脂初期,體重下降相當容易。

接著開始遇到瓶頸了,我嘗試改變不同的飲食模式,這個階段前期使用循環
式生酮飲食(但我絕對不建議別人使用這種飲食),仍然沒有很好的效果。後來我分析了各
種可能性,覺得可能是因為急著瘦下來,給自己太大的壓力,沒有善待自己的身心靈。也
或許只是純粹的撞牆期而已。我開始安排每周一兩次的作弊餐,終於開始突破停
滯期了。

最後是大專盃健美的一個月前,想要盡量把體脂壓到最低再來排鹽脫水肝糖超補。這個
月體重掉得非常快,我不想再減了體重還是一直掉,最後的體重是60.4kg (5/30)
,但因為團隊積分的安排,我還是比-65kg級,過磅前還一直喝水,怕不小心跑去
-60kg級,影響到團隊策略...

最後我拿了第四名,台大健美隊再次奪下團體冠軍二連霸!大家一起拿下團體冠軍的感
動真是難以言喻!

這是一篇減肥文,所以我就不多寫比賽與備賽的心得。總之每個人最後都在無限肌
餓以及離子失衡等各種生理極限,還要完成自己份內的事務。有人在醫院實習還要忍受
身體不適抽空訓練,有人飛輪騎太久放屁噴血,有人走在路上一直很想
啃食路人(東京食種嗎XD)比過賽的人都知道選手多麼令人敬畏!
在我很胖的時候,多少會有人開一些無心的玩笑,雖然知道是無心的,但聽了多少
也是會難過。希望這篇減肥心得文可以激勵更多胖子夥伴們,只要觀念正確加上一點意
志力,一定可以瘦到你想要的樣子。過程中難免會遇到撞牆期,不管付出多少努力,身
體似乎完全沒有變化,令人由衷讚嘆人體各種機制的奧妙。此時此刻絕對會感到非常挫
折,適度調整自己的身心狀況是非常重要的,畢竟減肥是個長期的抗戰,千萬不要一直
給予自己太大的壓力。
另外我希望藉由我的個案,讓大家不要再以沒錢沒時間當作藉口,有沒有決
心才是最重要的。也請各位基因優良的瘦子不要再嘲笑胖子了,每個胖子都是潛力股!
