我是美國體適能有氧協會(AFAA)認證的個人體適能教練(PFT) Solong

目前想徵求對於有系統的體適能訓練有興趣的
並且想有效率的達成目標的個人
提供到府或到社區的服務
不論你是想減脂瘦身 或是增肌增重
或只是想要提升體適能
我都願意免費提供一個月完整的體適能訓練服務
服務內容包含
1.完整的體適能檢測 (了解你的程度 並作為以後有沒有進步的對照)
2.循序漸進 週期化的 重量訓練 核心與平衡訓練 柔軟度訓練 爆發力訓練 有氧訓練等
3.完整的 週訓練規劃 月訓練規劃
符合以下條件優先錄取
1. 住在台中市(不好意思 我住台中市西屯區) 其它地區可能要貼我油錢XD
2. 家中或社區有小型的健身房 或是有基本的健身設備(例如一台跑步機 一台多功能
重訓器材) 如果不確定器材夠不夠 歡迎來信詢問
3. 能夠配合一個月的訓練 而不半途而廢的人
4. 想要達成目標而苦無方法或不知所措的人
