三餐內容
早餐:桂格燕麥片+薏仁粉泡的一杯
午餐:帶便當 或是 燒臘/炒飯 等一般外食
晚餐:家裡煮的 或是一般外食
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
8:30起床準備上班
9:00~10:00間吃完早餐 (泡的那一杯)
12:00午餐
19:00左右晚餐
24:00左右就寢
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
坐辦公室的上班族
星期1.3.5下班後 還要再去補習班多坐三小時
運動習慣:
目前是一星期3~4次騎健身車
(騎一天休一天)
不騎的那天會做仰臥起坐 抬腿等等之類的
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
有鑒於在板上看過許多文章
我得到一個觀念 : 剛開始減肥的時候體重會增加
因為長了肌肉 這樣才能幫助後續消耗更多脂肪
(我不知道這觀念對不對 若是不對還請板友指正)
我從6/6開始減肥
(其實也只是開始有運動+盡量不吃點心/飲料+多喝水等等的 算是非常鬆懈悠哉吧)
每星期天會量一次體重
得到結果如下
不曉得這樣是正常的嗎
6/6 6/13 6/20
體重 47.5 48.1 48.7
體脂肪 24.9 24.6 23.3
bmi 20 20.2 20.5
基代 109x 110x 119x (詳細數字忘了)
我知道肌肉不是那麼容易練
我也不過騎騎健身車而已
應該也練不到哪裡去
但是連續兩週體重都在上升中
讓我有一咪咪害怕
請問大家減肥時
一開始體重也都是先上升嗎
那要多久後才會開始慢慢下來!?
