心跳數的問題 - 健身

我每天的運動量是騎一小時健身車(有時會加四十分鐘踏步機)
但是每次騎完健身車 心跳普遍都只有110~120
就算後來加強強度也一樣
轉速加快 騎得很賣力 腳也都很痠了 但心跳就是上不到130
反而是踏步機比較容易喘
因為不想浪費買健身車的錢 所以每天都還是要騎
我像問如果以這樣的狀態 用健身車持續運動幾個月
能達到消脂的效果嗎 還是心跳數沒到130根本沒用呢
