快一個月了...體重還減不下來 - 健身

小弟我~~
從七月初每天的飲食如下
早餐:飯糰+冰豆漿 /炒麵/包子+豆漿...這樣每天輪流換...
午餐:都只吃水果(大概3~4種,約七盎司, 芭樂/芒果/葡萄/蓮霧 +一罐優酪乳小瓶的)
晚餐:只吃點心一份 (蛋餅,饅頭,起司饅頭,包子...也是每天輪流一種)
晚上就沒有再吃了....
晚上會跳鄭多燕...大概一星期跳3~4次~~~
也會跑個30 MINS的跑步機...一星期約2次....
每天喝水約2000 左右.....
這樣維持了快一個月,感覺體重好像沒什麼降耶....
77-->76~75.5間.......
這樣我的飲食正常嗎?!還是吃得太多?!!!達不到我一個月想瘦4~5KG的目標...但是
我是覺得身材好像有比較結實....會不會變成肌肉了...
請各位幫忙給個建議吧~~
