拳擊有氧完膝蓋會痛? - 健身

最近一個月以來開始每天運動減脂
通常都是鄭多燕系列和Jeanette Jenkins系列輪流做。
鄭多燕的話是都還好,雖然有幾個深蹲動作但做完是全身舒暢
但做完Jeanette Jenkins拳擊有氧後膝蓋就會有些酸痛。
我在做拳擊有氧的深蹲時膝蓋都有注意不要超過腳尖、重心放在腳後跟,腳尖向外
像坐椅子一樣往後坐。
然後在側踢或前踢時也有注意另一隻腳膝蓋微彎,同樣不要超過腳尖
但即便如此做完拳擊有氧膝蓋還是會不舒服。
不知道是不是還有什麼該注意的動作沒有注意呢?
還是因為拳擊有氧的速度比較快,所以膝蓋才會負擔過重?
現在都有點不敢做拳擊有氧了,但它其實是我的最愛啊!!
